<p>The OAKMOORE Grade 1 commercial mortise lock set is configured for F20 apartment corridor operation and commercial entry doors. The outside key and inside turn control the deadbolt, while the lock toggle controls the outside lever. The inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt for egress. Its escutcheon and lever use a satin 304 stainless steel finish intended for frequent use and corrosion resistance.

13 Grade 1 performance and a UL three-hour fire rating. The 2-3/4 inch backset and 3-5/8 inch cylinder-to-spindle spacing are intended for common commercial mortise preparation, with support for doors from 1-3/4 inch through 2-3/8 inch thick. A six-pin Schlage C keyway cylinder and three keys are included.
